ORDERING POLICIES
PAYMENT METHOD/HOW TO ORDER
LEATHER HOLSTERS
Please keep in mind this is a small operation. Every item is made one at a time on a custom basis. I do not typically maintain any inventoried items. Placing an order by phone is the quickest way to get your order into the queue. It is also my preferred method, as we can discuss your needs, special requests, or modifications in an expeditious manner. I accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. For most orders I do not charge your credit card until the day your order is started. Typically this is 5 business days from when the order ships. A non-refundable deposit may be debited on special order items, such as a one off exotic or specialty hide for your order. Orders can also be mailed in with payment by check, money order, or credit card. Personal or business checks may be held until the funds clear. I do not typically deposit checks or money orders until the order is being started, so keep that in mind when deciding on your method of payment. I also accept paypal transfers if that is your preferred method of payment. A printable order form is available at the bottom of this page. If paying by credit card, please include the billing address for the card, along with the CVC number on the back and the expiration date. I can ship to a separate address, but I require both addresses in order to process the order. If your address or card information changes during the wait, please inform me of those changes to avoid any unnecessary delay in your order being crafted. I do not send orders COD.
KYDEX HOLSTERS
Kydex holsters typically ship within 3-5 days. If a special print is ordered that is not kept in stock, wait times will depend on the material vendor.
ORDER MODIFICATION
Orders can be modified once, up to 30 days from the date I receive an order. This is not to say that you cannot add additional items, but is a limit on the number of times you may do so. All requests to add items to an order after the 30 days will have to be added to the system as a new order and will not ship with the original order. This is the only fair way to do this with regard to wait times for my other customers.
You may change the holster/accessory model, firearm, and belt measurement on your order up to and including the day I contact you to inform you that your order is being started.
You may cancel an item or the entire order at any time before the order has been started.
WAIT TIMES
Please be aware that there will be a wait. As I stated above, this is a small shop. Every holster and accessory is meticulously made one at a time to my customers specifications. This, along with the volume of orders ahead of you results in a backlog. Adding a large staff to facilitate the expediency of orders usually directly affects the quality of custom items and I'm simply not comfortable with having my name on something that I have not crafted personally.
