OVERVIEW

The FPP-K positions and conceals your small auto or snub nosed revolver while breaking up its profile. Crafted from .08" thermoplastic, it features our Polysuede finish on the front side, adding minimal thickness but creating a grippy texture for pocket retention. The front and rear hooks, along with the Polysuede, ensure only the gun exits the pocket during presentation. Angled leading and trailing edges break up the gun's lines. The J Frame and LCR versions are available with or without a cylinder cutout, reducing bulk slightly. J Frame is molded to accommodate UC J Frame iron sights.

HOLSTER DETAILS

  • The holster features strategically integrated ribs that extend outward from either side of the cylinder. These ribs break up the lines of the revolver.

Both the front and rear hooks of the holster have been designed with a specific purpose: to ensure that the holster remains securely in the pocket while presenting the firearm. These hooks play a pivotal role in establishing a dependable retention system, effectively anchoring the holster in its position throughout the entire draw process.

The leading and trailing edges of the holster are angled away from the front, a design feature that effectively eliminates any potential "printing" of the firearm through the pocket.

We apply our specialized polysuede coating to the front side of the holster, enhancing the grip within the pocket and effectively preventing the holster from dislodging along with the firearm.

The muzzle end of the holster features an open-ended design, facilitating easy removal of any debris and simplifying maintenance.

The holster is intentionally designed to accommodate a slip fit for the firearm. Unlike most kydex holsters, the trigger guard does not mechanically lock into the holster. The primary function of a pocket holster is to correctly position the firearm and prevent any external objects from compromising its safety. It doesn't serve as a retention device but rather as a means to ensure proper placement and safeguarding of the firearm.

  • You have the option to order the FPP-K with or without the cylinder window cut. The removal of material around the cylinder results in a slight reduction in thickness, enhancing the holster's ability to remain inconspicuous. It's worth noting that the window cut is exclusively applied to the front side. Implementing the cut on both sides would compromise the unit's strength and, durability.
